Lauren Ippoliti, LCSW

Services and Fees

I provide individual, family, groups and couples counseling and work with children, teens and adults. An Initial Appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes for $150 and following sessions are $125 and approximately 50 minutes. I am currently an in-network provider and working with Aetna, Medicare and Lifetime Benefit Solutions. Additionally, individuals will also submit claims to their health insurance companies depending on their plans for reimbursement. It is important to me that financial limitations don't interfere with your participation in therapy and in cases of financial difficulty I provide a flexible sliding scale arrangement.

I am trained in a variety of therapy methods and find myself rooted in trauma focused methods along with family systems theories specific to Bowen and Narrative Therapy along with Dialectical Behaivor Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method. I have completed training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). For more information about these therapy methods refer to the right side of this page.

Groups offered vary depending on interest and availability. Group offerings include Healthy Relationships, Parenting and DBT influenced Skills Training Groups for both Adolescents and Adults.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a therapy model which focuses on difficult events or periods from our past that assists in resolving trauma that interferes with how we feel or function in our current life. It also assists with symptoms of anxiety and depression. For more information.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is another therapy method which assists with trauma symptoms. Learn more here.

Collaborative Problem Solving is a therapy method which helps families work through difficulties, with a focus on children's and teens' challenging behaviors. For more information, refer to their website.
